Love my job cos i can help people, understand their life current situations, give them a smile to cheer them up, bless them, hug them (sometimes), almost cry with them too(sometimes).
Also, i can tell my other friends the importance of having a healthy body, the importance of saving, and tell them roughly the cost(like literally) of staying in a hospital and how nice the govt is somehow.
In addition to these, i have reali great colleagues who i totally enjoy being with like Joy, Milly, Ah Zhen, Bryan and James and others too! oh! Mala the ah Zeh and Wai Ling my gan ma shifu, along with others too! Lazy to name like pratically the who office.
Working there for the past months has reali taught me alot of things such as the importance of having insurance.

  intersting Interesting happenings in life
Good friend return into my life

Am now working at Business Office, SGH
i CURRENTLY like my job as am able to bless some people given the opportunity and also can interact with the patients
People there are not bad, nice
cant wait to be converted into a perm staff and wear that purple uniform(though it really has no shape)
am beginning to see God's purpose of putting me there :)
one downside now is that i dont know what my exact job scope is, neither does my manager...gwash, but its ok :) one step at a time

Had overnight prayer today/last night
it was interesting
had prayer drive, God blessed us w a couple who offered to take us ard CBD area to pray, they had this huge 8 seater car... darn cool!
man, it was sooo shiok with no one on the city's roads at 2am
had the road all to ourselves
awesome

oh and also

have never worn heels w short skirt before, but i did! and it felt strange, yet, cos was with her, it kinda felt good for a while
Think this is wat happens when u know someone for a longgggg time-their fashion sense somehow rubs off on u
Still remember the times in lower sec when demin skirts were(and still is) the 'in' thing, what to me was short, she usually said 'thats too long for me". It kinda still like that now, jsut that its now shorts, not skirts. Somethings dont change
We took neo prints too! Brought back memories... its something that we used to do almost every time we went out last time. She was my neo print expert then, and still is :)
Though sometimes, i cant really understand why she does certain things, she will forever be my good friend, regardless of anything.

  Interview question Be going for a job interview tomorrow
One of the questions i guess would be " What are your career plans" or "How do you see yourself in your career 5 yrs down the road"

Man, would feel like a complete liar when answering the question abt career plans.
The model ans of this question would be to say that " Oh, i see myself promoted up in this company, climb up the ladder in this company" so on .....
this would be to help me get the job, of course each company would want potential staff to stay in the company for as long as poss. Dont think they would want someone who come and go, they want someone with loyal commitment.

What i really wish to say actually is that
" I dont really have career plans, i jsut want to work to prepare myself to earn some money for my real plans, which is to become a missionary overseas. Working here is jsut to have a form of understanding what the working world is like and to fulfill to a certain extent, a form of obligation to my parents and siblings and to contribute to my family's income too for a while. This is a preparation time for what i really want to do."

Well, i cant possibly say whatever i have just written above can i? I believe that unless the boss is magical, the boss would most likely not employ me after i say what i jsut wrote. Have to give as much info that is as close to the truth as poss. Ok, maybe i plan to go up the ladder these 2-3 yrs, but after that, would be likely to say bye bye to whatever i have now and leave for missions. Yeah! then i dont think be lying thru my teeth after all.
God is in control over every interview and the words that i speak.

  one with dreams

Am supposed to be sending out resumes,
but then attention got diverted when i started daydreaming

Beth is a gal? lady? with dreams
Dreams that usually involve missions
Sitting here, in front of the com, she cant help but wondering how to fulfill those dreams

Well, a daydream that i have been constantly thinking about is to...
set up a shelter of sorts in a third world country
This shelter can range from things like an orphanage/ a shelter for the widows and their kid/ a center to teach people a skill or two that would help them to bring some income to their families/ a school for kids who are too poor to go to a public school, the list just goes on.
There are so many needs in those poorer countries, i cant possibly fulfill all those needs, but want to at least do something that would give them at more hope in their lives. Yearn to see a smile on their faces, a sign of hope for the future.
To fulfill those dreams, the first step is to work first. Need the money to go over and set up my dream, alot of money is needed. Yes, i can ask for funds, but still the best is to give out off my own pocket first then ask from others i feel. Also, i need the necessary skills and people. All these i dont have yet. What i have now is just a dream, but thats a start!
Also, this would prob mean that i wont ever buy any branded stuff in my life for myself, so be it then. Better not even indulge in buying those things then get hocked on buying those branded stuff once i buy my first eh... Coach Wallet. Hmm.. actually the chances of buying those branded stuff for others is more likely though, its more fun ^^
Its high cost to set up my dream building. Yes... BUILDING, not center in some building, wanna build my own. If set up my own orphanage, want my own playground. Want a part of the building premises to plant things like vegi and flowers. Ok, this building may not be Mine, but be in some sense mine, cos... i plan to be running it with another person. Even so, its got to be a building and some land, with space and sun and soil :)

Am trusting in God to provide all that is needed. Cant do it on my own, need God in that from people to finances and every little thing.
Thats my dream, with God, it would be fulfilled!
